When should dog go on fluids for Renal failure?? Should I go to the emergency?

My dog's bloodwork came back and his bun/creatinine ratio is 128. His creatinine is 195 and his SDMA is 17.9. Everything is out of whack since his last blood test a year ago. He doesn't seem to have any symptoms except that he is having more trouble with walking and getting up. He's had some trouble for awhile but its been getting worse over the last few days.

I got the bloodwork back in an email and no one said anything about fluids. Should I go to the emergency vet and ask for this?

edit: creatinine is 195 not 129

Does anyone know of any vet clinics around that carry galliprant?

My dog is going to need to start taking something for arthritis, but it seems like all the vets around here only offer metacam, but Galliprant is safer apparently.

Does child need to be taken to the hospital after hitting head without any severe symptoms?

My 7 year old nephew climbed up on a shed and slid off the roof on his belly and hit his head. He said his brain hurt, but mostly his back and that he felt like vomiting. After an hour he said he was almost normal except for his back and he's been very cold since the accident. My sister is waiting until morning to take him to the hospital. I am not relying on Reddit at all, and there is not much I can do personally, but I don't know if this is safe, in light of talk and die syndrome.
