ID.Me is complete garbage

I was told I had to complete an ID.me process to get my IRS refund. I did all the things. I waited weeks, then it said I could call. The wait was an hour so I scheduled the call. The guy on the video call said their was too much glare and I'd have to continue on my phone and download a goole app on my phone to continue.

He then said I'd have to reschedule the call. WTF IRS? That whole thing was complete garbage.

For me it's not necessarily not understanding the language, it's how busuu asks questions. I've tested through two languages that I'm fluent in, and often when I fail a question, it's that I have no idea what they're after. It's a confusing mash up of english and the target language for questions, and the questions are often so confusing.

Like I just saw one where a woman is in a sunny and windy spot. You have to choose between sunny and windy. Which is it? It could be either.

Is it just me? I honestly feel like half the questions are just poorly formulated.

We have automated our invoicing, so when we're ready to send an invoice, we email the payment link. So far so good. The client used to click on the link and they would see THE ONE INVOICE we want to send them.

But QBO decided to change this, and now when you click on a payment link, it has automatically selected all open invoices to be paid. The client would need to uncheck invoices that they don't want to pay.

The problem is that we often have invoices that are still be worked out and added to etc. In other words they are invoices in progress. We don't want the client to see the invoice, or pay it!

The result is that we're getting complaints from customers that they've over paid, or don't understand what the invoice is for etc. We're getting calls almost daily now asking what's up.

Intuit has changed the way invoice payment links work, and has completely broken our invoicing process.

I've seen a few issues already with busuu, but there seems to be no way to report them. Is there anyway to provide feedback?

  1. In the app on the ipad, the dropdown in the top left corner to switch languages doesn't work sometimes. And the settings and notifications on the top right are covered by ipad settings and aren't accessible.

  2. For language correction settings i can't select none. If i turn it off the "done" button is greyed out. It's forcing me to provide feedback to other users and I don't want to.

  3. I've seen several blatantly incorrect translations and there's no way to report it.
