I know the first pic is a nose ring but how do I look up just that style? Is the second even a nose ring? Was given it by a friend

So i periced it last March. Was doing great till a incident where a student and I were being silly and my stud got ripped out. So I put in a new stud and let it heal again. Just changed it out two days ago, and developed a small percing bump. Gave it a Lil squeeze and the top turned white ( trying to make sure it wasnt a zit)

Its a small bump but should I be doing somthing for it? The percing hurts a bit but this is the first time I've put in a ring ( which i know is on wrong and was planning on changing when I get new jewerly before the bump showed up)
