I’ve contacted my congressman and they have reached out to the USCIS Liaison Office. Do you think this could help? Surprised they would assist given his anti-immigration stance. (Recently authored legislation to stop H1-B visas)

I asked the endodontist who did my root canal to provide a narrative after insurance denied the claim due to poor prognosis, and this is what they sent in…..
“Patient came to our office. with root canal Started by his general dentist. They were unable to reach apex in Mesial Canal. We Finished root canal for patient to relive discomfort. We informed Patient its not guranteed to work. as we could not get all the way down to canal.”
They sent a treatment summary to my general dentist with good prognosis checked off and a request for them to place a crown. “Your confidence in our office is appreciated” Remarks: Charles did great!
Never mentioned they were concerned for the tooth.
Anything you would advise here? Claim denied again.
