BERGMAN (Teresa Bergman)

Is anyone else familiar with her?

I love her songs and voice! Her 2022 album called 33 single and broke was so good to listen to, a mix of pop/folk/jazz (swallow is a great song)

What made you fall in love with your favorite group(s)?

I’ll start, my two favs are mamamoo and seventeen (what a great combo, right?)

The main reasons why I started loving both the groups besides the music (they also both happen to produce their own stuff which makes it even more meaningful) are:

mamamoo’s genuineness is so special to me, and while it is true that their stage presence is crazy, as when the girls are on stage, you literally can’t look away. I can’t help but notice that in other forms of content (such as lives and videos either posted by them or interactions with fans) they’re all so down to earth and real. I’m not against ‘idol image’ or whatever, but it was so refreshing to see them be the coolest girls on stage only to then be super effortlessly relatable.

seventeen’s bond is amazing, as visible in their content which in my opinion is the best a kpop group has ever put out (I’m mainly talking about Gose), it’s so impressive to see a group that started in 2015 and are still all renewing their contracts and staying together. I’m not the kind of person to talk about how idols are close to one another (as we don’t know that) but I feel like with seventeen, they actually enjoy not only working but also evolving together through everything that links them.

Personal ranking of Stadium Arcadium songs

This is my current ranking of Stadium Arcadium songs that no one asked for, from a new rhcp listener.

(Disclaimer: there’s no song on this list I don’t enjoy at all, and I pretty much don’t take into account the lyrics).

  1. Stadium Arcadium (my listening experience to this song changed my life)
  2. Torture me (everything I love about the Chilis packed in one song)
  3. Hey (it sounds so perfectly complete)
  4. Especially in Michigan (I love that last chorus more than I can explain)
  5. Strip My Mind (it’s just great)
  6. She’s Only 18 (I never cared much about lyrics anyway)
  7. Turn it Again (song that made me want to learn guitar)
  8. Readymade (Johnny did in fact clean it up)
  9. Snow (it reminds me of a time I didn’t actually live)
  10. Warlocks (if you don’t like it, try to find your reason)
  11. Make You Feel Better (a hidden gem)
  12. Storm in a Teacup (it’s amazing)
  13. Slow Cheetah (the more I listen to it the more I enjoy it)
  14. Charlie (that chorus isn’t my fav but everything else is too peak)
  15. Desecration Smile (the song that got me into S.A but I overplayed it)
  16. She Looks to Me (lower than I anticipated but I enjoy it loads)
  17. Wet Sand (it’s objectively great)
  18. Death of Martian (would’ve been higher if I enjoyed that minute of talking)
  19. Hump de Bump (y’all just hate fun)
  20. Dani California (in my top 3 songs to sing along to)
  21. So Much I (song I disliked at first but it grew on me)
  22. C’mon Girl (it’s alright part 1)
  23. We Believe (It’s alright part 2)
  24. 21st Century (it’s good, just not my favorite)
  25. Tell Me Baby (I honestly still don’t know why I don’t get it)
  26. If (not the first song I’d put on but there’s a mood for it)
  27. Animal Bar (I do enjoy that chorus)
  28. Hard to Concentrate (eh it’s in no means terrible but yeah one had to be last)
