I cut my finger when trying to slice a zip tie off of some boxes, and the knife slipped and cut into my finger and was bleeding kind of a lot, so I washed it out and wrapped it up in paper towels and band aids. A few days after this I taped two sticks the the side of the finger and added bandaid as well so it would heal properly. A month and a few weeks has passed and now I am not able to close my finger all the way without it hurting/ feeling pressure. Should I stretch my fingers more or do I need to go to the doctors (lameeee)

The game works fine, the only issue I run into is that it keeps claiming that there’s not enough space when I know there is, is this a common issue or do I just seriously need more storage
