When I made it it looks all nice and neat, but when I went to print to it crams in the corner and makes my squares into rectangle. What am I doing wrong? How can I fix it?

I just got em not too long ago maybe 2 weeks they are definitely starting to trust me but not enough to pick em enough with out them scratching and trying to jump out of my arms but there feet and but are pretty dirty how should I go about cleaning with out hurting myself or them?
