Main feature episodes in the Blu-ray have these baked-in artefacts (the special features photo gallery version does not)

For context, I recently purchased a Blu-ray of 'The Lost Boys', but have recently discovered that the film was completely rescanned and in higher quality on the most recent 4k edition.

For reference I've included the front cover of the 4k set to help identify it, but again to be clear I'm *only* looking for the extra Blu-ray disc inside of the 4k set.

The reason I'd like this specific Blu-ray is because it's the exact same new film scan, put on that Blu-ray disc (I'm not interested in the 4k disc).

I don't suppose anyone would know please of how/where to acquire an iso of this Blu-ray disc?

(Alternatively if anyone has the actual physical Blu-ray disc and wants to sell it, for the right price I would be keen to buy it.)

My plan would be to buy a blank Blu-ray, burn the ISO onto it and put it inside the physical Blu-ray set that I've already bought. The added positive of this is that this early Blu-ray case retained the original bright red theatrical cover and logo (whereas the newest 4k case is a random freeze frame with a weird legoland looking logo due to copyright problems with the og logo).
