Is a demurrer prohibited in civil cases governed by the Rules on Expedited Procedures?

  1. ⁠The judge has not ruled on the FOE and the schedule of the presentation of my witness is tomorrow
  2. ⁠I already wrote a demurrer. I am planning to manifest filing of the demurrer after the judge has resolved the plaintiff’s FOE.
  3. ⁠Problem: civil case is under the Rules on Expedited Procedures, which is silent on demurrer to evidence. However, the Rules prohibit motion to dismiss.

Senior Partner giving free legal aid through ULAS

Siyempre ioke lang.

I can’t even imagine top law firm partners giving FREE legal advice to ULAS-qualified beneficiaries.

Di ba nila naisip na ipapasa lang yan sa mga associates who also have their own ULAS compliance.

Ang mahal mahal ng MCLE at annual IBP fees.

Okay lang naman sakin mag bigay ng free legal advice, but ULAS comes with so much administrative tasks.

I just started putting money in GFunds. I’ve read about managing fees eating up bulk of the profit. Right now I’m finding it difficult to find PH registered apps which make it easier for people like me to invest long term.

This is my current portfolio. I stopped investing for a month because I started doubting whether it’s worth it.

I’m planning to invest more in Manulife REIT Fund of Funds. Do you think it’s worth it?

I’m planning to hold this for more than 5 years. Kung posible nga, hanggang retirement haha.
