For context, my initial H-1B visa has expired and now I’m going to India for stamping of the H-1B extension soon. Please advise. I’m an ordinary Indian passport holder.

I checked the French govt website and the eligibility suggests I don’t require an ATV, after the recent update. What about Germany? Turkish I don’t need either.

Trying to avoid ME.
