I just randomly opened up a RS3 stream and saw someone hybriding a boss and they instantly switched 7 pieces of gear in 1 tick, doing it twice in 20~ seconds without clicking on the pieces or having them in any ability bar. Is this allowed? I've never seen any confirmation from a jmod if it's bannable or not and I don't want to do it and then randomly get banned. It would be incredible if it was but don't want to risk it.

I also saw it happen a lot at Solak esp back when I was in a clan and some people would say they do it but it's not bannable but that was over a year ago and I haven't seen or heard anything since.
