Hello, I sold a t shirt 3 days ago and as soon as the buyer purchased I texted them saying thank you like always. And I shipped it out the next day cause it was at night when they purchased the item. But I spent $2.00 on shipping and the buyer paid the rest. I have a printer at home and before I went to work in the morning I was able to print the shipping label and package it up to send to the usps. Once I I got there I handed them the package for a receipt so they scanned the label. but they told me the shipping label hasn’t been paid and so they kept trying and trying and said it needs to be paid. I was running late for work so I paid for it and they added a new label on it beside the one I put on the package. And as of now nothing has updated. I check my depop app and it still says ship you item now. I checked the tracking app too and all it says is pre shipment shipping label created. USPS awaiting item. What can I do in this situation?
