Hotdog + Soda = $1.50, and hotdog + water = $1.50

However a soda by itself is $0.79, and water by itself is $0.25

So in a hotdog + soda the hotdog costs 71 cents, but in the hotdog + water the hotdog costs $1.25

If the hotdog price remained the same, with the water it should cost $ 0.96, not $1.50

Still cheap, but still an increase in hotdog price.
