Just picked this bike up from a local shop used. Really excited to get more into riding but wanted to see if I’m maybe missing any key upgrades. I know I need new pedals so I can run clips so that’s definitely on the list. Tires are 23s but it seems I can run 28s if I want so was thinking about that upgrade. Again very much new to this so not too concerned with high end performance, really just want to make it enjoyable to ride and relatively durable.

I have some minor stuff on the way such as rear light, a bag for the seat post.

Could also use some recs for bibs/shorts.
