As title said, the question boggles me. I have seen so many situations when the installers buy floors from chinese companies and then spend $200k every year for warranty claims, just to save 10 cents each. Not to mention they can't even request those Chinese suppliers to fix the problems since those companies would just ignore the requests or make excuses, refuse to take any responsibility. Money lost and the brand reputation gone too.

Is pricing everything nowadays? Then afterwards it's a blame game for everyone. Customers, installers, distributors, suppliers, none is sastified. Why are people still buying cheap thin as paper floors? I just don't get it.
