What should a partial highlight with toner run?
Just curious. Tried a new salon and they set me up with a new stylist of theirs. She is fresh out of school and I’m just wondering if her prices are normal for her skill level.
background: shes 19 and less than 6 months out of school. The salon is located in a suburb of a major Midwest city. I feel like what I paid was more aligned with an established stylist but I could be way off base.
