Been dealing with sound sensitivity and want to find the perfect kind for program but it’s been hard. Here are my requirements and let me know if you have any ideas.

. Not too noise canceling because I still want to have a general idea of what’s going on bc sometimes people talk to me and also too noise canceling makes my ears ring a lot

. Not electronic/ANC because it makes me dizzy and nauseous and also I don’t want to worry about them getting damaged

. Over ear because in ear makes me itch too much and gives me an underwater feeling

. Not too tight because I get headaches but not loose enough to fall off because I have a small head and that happens a lot

Any ideas or recs would be great. Thanks!
