Separated from husband and he's still trying to control me / my emotions (50F separated from 60M for 5 years). He's brought up something he did 15 years ago which I didn't know about, which is very derogatory towards me.

So far he messaged, "Did you read my response and how did it make you feel?" and I've just said '"Interesting. 👍 "

How to respond to; "I hope I didn’t upset you, and am truly sorry for the betrayal." I want to let him know that I don't care and that he's not getting to me any more, but don't want to provoke at all.
