I have a small circle of lovely family and friends that I adore. Yet I find myself yearning for connection outside of that. Just someone who isn’t intrinsically connected to me I guess. An unbiased ear when it’s needed but other than that someone who I can enjoy getting to know. A blank slate that we can fill in over time! It seems impossible to do this out in the world, like where do you even go or look for this as an adult?? Bars are loud and drunk people are annoying. Work has coworkers but not really friends. So, here I am, looking for someone who is looking for the same thing. Or at the very least can relate to the struggle.
