With Hyrox Tampa completely sold out and a ton of South Florida athletes either locked out or looking for race prep, we decided to run a full simulation at our facility this October.

**Format:**
Full standard simulation — 8 x 1km runs alternating with 8 functional stations (SkiErg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Row, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, Wall Balls). Timed heats, scored results posted same day.

**Divisions:** Solo + Doubles
**Price:** $100/athlete — $175/doubles team
**Cap:** 144 athletes — no waitlist once full

**On-site:** DJ, food vendors, cold plunge, recovery partners
