I can't access the rewards program at all. Not through the Bing app, the MSN app, or even the rewards website. I thought it might be the cache or something else, but it doesn't matter—even in a freshly installed browser, the page loads incorrectly. Has anyone else noticed this instability?

Note: I even tried downloading a wallpaper from Bing, and even that didn't work!
