I have a 2015 V6 Honda Accord. Seeking advice on a supposed starter issue.

Almost every time I go to start it, it grinds through like this. After 1 or two of these, it eventually starts (shown on video).

Starter has been swapped twice. 139k total miles. I'm concerned that maybe the flywheel is missing teeth and it has to grind through until it eventually catches?

Anyone else had these problem? Any advice/thoughts are much appreciated🙏🏼
