I went to NBI Main office for my scheduled appointment last April 24. I got a hit and was advised to return back April 29. I got busy so I was not able to. Will I still be able to claim my printed clearance next week? The digital version of the clearance is already up in my eGov account, but I need the hardcopy. Thanks!

I went to the NBI main office to get my clearance last April 24. Unfortunately, I had a hit and was advised to return today. However, I was able to receive my digital NBI clearance around 3 hours after i did the

biometrics. Is it possible for me to get my clearance printed some other time when because my schedule cannot accomodate going all the way to the main office?
