My motherboard is stuck switching between the CPU and Dram lights and I dont know what else to do.

For context im using

Gigabyte B850M wifi

Ryzen 5 9600x

CORSAIR Vengeance DDR5 32gb (6000mhz)

Be Quiet 13 M 750w

ASUS RX 7800xt (not using rn as im troubleshooting but lmk if it would cause issues later)

I've

Checked the cpu & socket for for any bent pins/interruptions in connection

reducing/removing cpu cooler pressure

properly mounting cpu

testing each RAM stick

reseating RAM sticks

reseating both cpu & 24 pin connectors to the motherboard

and flashing new version of BIOS (it got rejected)

Outside of faulty ram I I don’t know what the issue could be.
