It’s been 6 months since we broke up (he left me very suddenly and coldly), we were together for 7 months. I feel like I’ve grieved and processed my emotions but I cannot shake the feeling of wanting him to reach out, to apologize and tell me he regrets leaving me. I try to shove that thought away but I cannot hoping this is true and it’s keeping me stuck. I want to truly move on and not care, I want to date someone new, but I feel so stuck.
