Been dealing with constant crashes and artifacting that have made my 16 month old PS5 Pro unusable; finally going to request a repair. My question is what option do you choose on the website where it asks what kind of issue are you experiencing? I was thinking either sound & screen or system storage but neither give options that seem specific enough to CE-108255-1, at least to me. Not sure if it matters but want to be sure, thanks.
