Lack of Strava Customer Support

I’ve had an account for a while but started using it more at the beginning of the year and did the free trial for the paid version. I opted to keep it and paid the yearly amount on April 6th.

No issues until May 4th when I opened the app and it asked me to login which had not happened in recent memory. I tried logging in using my email and Apple account (which is how I paid for the subscription). Either way I get a notification neither are associated with an account. I can clearly see it in my Apple subscriptions.

Reached out to support on the 4th and over the last 10 days I’ve gotten two replies that basically say they are too busy and can’t help right now but will get to me at some point in time. Am I crazy or is the typical? I just want to use an app I’ve paid to use. Anyone had a similar issue and able to resolve without customer support?
