I’m looking for advice. Recently, I had a man come out to do some gutter repair work. He cleaned all the gutters thoroughly, and added that stainless micromesh. There is a diverter in the valley.

I’m almost wondering if the slant of the gutter is off or my downspout is partially clogged. I can see that water is coming out of the downspout. But I have to wait for a big rain to check it again.

I’ve had this problem for an extended period of time now. Usually it’s clogged gutters, but now that I think I have everything fixed properly I still have this problem.
