Slowly trying to bring this living space together with quite the to-do list left (rug, replacing coffee table, replacing blue couch, replacing light fixtures, etc.), but the next immediate goal is curtains for the windows to either side of the fireplace and a third set for the double windows in the far corner. Any thoughts on what height to hang the rods at? I’ve seen general advice to always hang them as high as you can. Do you think that applies to this space, too? The wall is 94” from floor to ceiling, so would 96” inch curtains be the goal?

I have a bad track record with hanging curtains and am wanting to get this right the first time, which has me nervous - ha.
