My girlfriend broke up with me 10 days ago saying our “vibe doesn’t match anymore,” and I’m honestly still trying to process it.
Just a few days before that, everything felt normal. We used to talk for hours, sometimes all night. We sent snaps every day, met often, and I really felt like things were going well.
Then suddenly, 4–5 days before the breakup, she started becoming distant. There were excuses, less effort, and I could feel something was off but I didn’t expect it to end like this.
On the day we broke up, she said the “spark” was gone.
I just don’t understand how something that felt so real and consistent could disappear so quickly.
My question is:
Why do people pull away like this without saying anything earlier, and how do you deal with not getting proper closure?
TL;DR:
Relationship felt completely normal, then she became distant for a few days and suddenly broke up saying the spark was gone. I’m confused how it changed so fast and struggling with the lack of closure.
