Covey Homes New Hampstead has been professionally and kindly requesting that Vivint stop sending representatives onto our private property since January 2025. We are a privately owned community and do not welcome solicitors.
Despite multiple emails, phone calls, and direct verbal requests to reps on-site, the solicitation continues monthly. Your representatives are bypassing our leasing office and going door-to-door to sell products that our homes are already equipped with. This is not only a violation of our property rights but is also upsetting and disruptive to our residents.
I have personally approached representatives on two separate occasions to ask them to stop and invited them to leave information at the office instead, yet these requests are ignored. We want this to STOP immediately. Consider this a final notice: if Vivint representatives are found on our property again, we will contact local law enforcement to have them trespassed.
