I was building my friends pc with an old 3700x I had sitting and it booted at first when installing windows but then shutdown mid install and didn’t post after that. I then tried it in my pc and on the motherboard lights it would do all other checks fine including cpu but would fail the vga. I reseated the gpu and unplugged and replugged the cables but it did nothing, I then switched back to my 5900x and my pc worked fine. All his cables were checked and fine, ran mobo and gpu all worked fine but the cpu isn’t working.
