Would you consider this ED?
I just came on here for some help/advice because I’m trying to eat better/more consistently. I have very disordered/irregular eating habits, but I don’t know if it would really be considered an ED. I am very picky, not so much as in not liking a lot of foods, I like a wide variety of foods and many unliked foods like fish and vegetables, but when it comes to foods I don’t like (most fruits, yogurt, condiments, eggs, etc.) it is very extreme to the point where it has become a phobia and I can’t even be near them. I also will not eat at all if there’s nothing I actively want to eat, to the point where I’ll wait until I have to because I’m sick. I’m just unsure because while I am technically underweight for my age (17) and don’t want to become overweight, I don’t do it for the purpose of losing weight. I’d also appreciate any tips on how I could improve this if possible.
