Hello everyone. I just recently got hired as a Senior meat cutter (full-time, days) at a relatively new/high volume store. I've never worked in retail, but I've been in the fast food business for 14 years as a manager (got bad burnout to the point of being suicidal so I needed something different). I already asked, and I know I might get a lot of negative responses, but it's not really that bad working at Sam's right? I know most people will vent their bad days instead of normal/good days. I guess I'm just looking for other's who came in from a different industry and asking how it went for them. Rather it be a good or bad experience. I want to like it, and I hope I do. Is there anyone experience with meat cutting can tell me what it's like?
