Does playing a Sith actually make you weaker in the lore?

I’ve been playing as a Sith Jugg lately and I’ve found myself leaning towards Light Side choices. My character isn't a saint by any means, but I don't play him as a psychopathic killer either.

Everything I do is for the strength and stability of the Empire. I believe that mindless cruelty actually weakens the Empire.

If someone disrespects me or the Empire, they die. But if an enemy is honorable or can be useful to the Empire later, I’ll spare them.

I’m not driven by erratic rage. I use my emotions as a tool, but I don't let them blind my judgment.

However, a lot of people say that Sith derive their primary power from the Dark Side from hate, fear, and extreme negative emotions. If I’m being reasonable and showing mercy, am I technically cutting off my own fuel to my power?

Does a Sith's connection to the Force actually weaken if they don't constantly feed their inner darkness?

Can a Light Sith be considered more dangerous because they possess the discipline of a Jedi but the ambition and lethal training of a Sith?

Is Sith Patriotism (doing everything for the Empire rather than personal greed) a valid way to channel the Force, or does the Dark Side require you to be purely selfish to reach its peak?

I’d love to hear your thoughts on whether a disciplined, Imperial-loyalist Sith is lesser than a traditional Dark Side Sith Lord in terms of raw power.

Vengeance or Rage Juggernaut for a casual player?

I'm wondering if Vegeance or Rage has a more simple rotation.

Is Vengeance's DoT management difficult to maintain? I’m worried about having to constantly watch timers to re-apply DoTs. Do I need to be super strict about managing DoT uptimes and stacks, or is it more forgiving? I like the idea of Rage just for the burst and spamming buttons, but people say the DPS is much lower in the late game.

For a casual player who struggles with tracking DoTs, is Vengeance still viable? or is Rage good enough for end-game bosses without being a huge burden on the team?
