have this 3.5 tohatsu 2004 it’s been sitting for a good while with no lower shaft in good storage.

I’ve just fully cleaned the carb that was leaking now works fine

otherwise all seems good - spark fuel etc

it wants to go coughs a few times but won’t go

after this video literally a pull or two after I stoped recording a visual fireball came out the bottom?

am I flooding the engine why’s it not running?
