Bathtub has trim around edges. Need to redo silicone.
Is there a trick to getting these trims out? I've cut with a box cutter into them but it's not moving at all.

We live in a highrise in the city. 2 by 2 with 1 parking spot.
Our position is unlucky because there is high traffic straight by the side of our car. No matter what we have done our car gets covered in scratches.
Additionally I ride a small motorcycle to work and I am very over it. Since we need 2 cars we are looking to upgrade to a new place.
We do like our place though.
So we are waiting for what property comes to market and either an upgrade to a new place... or buy a 3 by 2 in our building with 2 parking spaces and rent it out but give them just our 1 parking space.
I've been looking for about 13 months now. Progressively becoming more and more of a problem for us.
The insanity of buying an investment property for 1mil just to get a parking space is getting to me.
I would rather just a clean break and upgrade to a nicer place. But we have put so much work into our current property. Its Reno'd out viciously. Exactly what we want.
I've been overanalysing some houses since all I've done for the last year is look for my next property. And I've noticed something has happened a few times.
At these silent auctions where every puts their best offer in then the seller only deals with the highest offer.... when I spoke with the REA they refuse to give the price but they did a few things.
One... the night of they called me and asked if that's my highest offer.
And two, when I asked for the price they gave me a estimate of home value report.
1 of the houses sold for 1,087,000. The report she gave me listed the home at 1,090,000.
Is this just a coincidence? Or are they trying to hint to me to offer 1.09?
This exact scenario has happened on one other occasion when my offer was close to the sell price.
On the homes where im a good ways off I don't get the call and I don't get the property valuation report.
Is there any actionable intelligence i can gain from this in my future attempts to buy a house?
I continue working. And I just say the bare minimum to people. It pisses everyone off.
I dunno why I do it. I just don't wanna talk or do anything.
I mostly fantasise about just leaving everything or killing myself.
Eventually I have a good day and I click back on and talk again.
I haven't had a friend for about 10 years since my father passed. And there's heaps of people that want to be my friend. I just don't message them.
I drink every day.
I feel nothing.
