the flower called nowhere time signature

I swear the time signature is 6/8 and the reach of possible mixed meter of 4/4 with how the vocals are sometimes phrased, so I got curious and looked it up.

On the Google Gemini answer (which tbh I doubt is accurate), it said it was in 3/4 which really threw my mind. Musically, it doesn’t make sense to me when the harpsichord notes are clearly on the 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 leaving out the one. I scrolled down further and saw someone’s musescore adaptation of the piece and there are just a lot of flaws to me. It is also notated in 3/4, but with how fast the song would be in 3/4 with the way they arranged it, it would make the vocals and everything else double the speed it is in the actual song.

Am I going crazy and it is just 3/4? Because I swear it is in 6/8 and not a real waltz.
