So I recently discovered that I needed to update my Xbox One S. I went to start this update but I got hit with the message "There was a problem with the update" and an error code (80070570). When I proceeded to get some help from Xbox's help site, I was told that the error code translated to a problem with downloading content from Xbox live to my Xbox 360? I don't even own a 360 and this is appearing on my Xbox One, I'm both confused and scared for my Xbox. If somebody could help me diagnose the problem, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
