A brand new Samsung Neo QLED QN80F tv was delivered to us yesterday. The screen keeps going black but the sound still plays. Updated to the latest software. It does it with the tv apps (we tested Netflix and YouTube), live tv and Sky box connected through HDMI. What’s going on?
