April 28 I was planning to order multiple items in shopee worth more than 12k. Then I noticed. Hindi ko maselect yung option to use my spaylater credits. So I went back to my profile and found out that I need to update my personal information and ID.
To cut the long story short. Nagkaproblema ako sa pagsesend ng id dahil blurry yung photo pag kinukuhanan ko gamit ng iphone 14 pro max. Nagreach out ako sa priority chat support nila. Sabi 3-5 business days. Sabi ko ok. Fine. Sabi ko kayo na magactivate ng account ko. Sinend ko clear photo ng id ko from my phone gallery.
After a few days. Napansin ko resolved na yung case ng walang explanation. Reach out ulit ako. Escalate naman ulit. Then today. Naresolve na naman, and they thought na nagaapply ako sa spaylater. Nareject daw “application” ko due to my credit score.
Take note. Advance payer ako. Nagincrease pa yung limit ko around Jan or Feb ata. Tapos wala pa akong missed payments. Naka order pa ako ng WFH setup gadgets ko worth 9k using spaylater credit this March 2026.
Anyone can help me on this? Or iexplain sakin dahil paikot ikot na lang ako sa customer service nilang panay sorry lang at escalate ng escalate.
