i thought i would be done with this sub after i committed, but i just found out i got off the UIUC waitlist for neural engineering, however, i'm committed to penn state honors college for electrical engineering and have a roomate set up. anything i should consider when i'm trying to pick? which one should i pick? i'd like to get a masters after undergrad as well if that helps with consideration. thank you!
(in terms of $, UIUC would be either the same price or 5k-10k more expensive per year as i am assuming i get no aid)
