I feel so guilty for even posting this in this subreddit considering how many people have it worse than me. Regardless this is what my spine looks like and I am looking for advice about it. I am 20 so Ive probably stop growing, but I suffer from really bad back pain, and posture issues my nickname was “turtle neck” growing up. In addition to my spine I also have a mild right inferior pelvic tilt. Recently I’ve been suffering from pain in my neck that feels throbbing and pinching.
