Hello guys Im doing research on how third party agencies that conect students to german universities work. My agency opened my blocked account and helped with visa appoiments etc. But they used fintiba and I understand fintiba does this also esentially. The agency alsp gets comission from fintiba?

I have deleted some of my files to change them. Is this a problem? Also how exactly do they process the aplications? Do they do them all at once?
