Kratom and my blood work!
I've been taking kratom daily for about the last 11 years and quite a bit three times a day. Reason being pain from multiple joint replacements, some replaced twice. Not including the 7 or 8 surgeries on every joint on my body. All of them due to football but mostly over training with weights for 30 years. After all these years they have caught with me. My back being by far the worst which I need assistance to walkl. Any human being with multiple surgeries year after year after year will begin to have addiction problems to opioids which I avoid at all costs unless it's right after a surgery.
So back to my blood work. I'm probably old enough to be everyone's father on this site. Even grandfather with some.
Bloodwork came back today. It's been the best ever since 2002 . Two just a percent outside the normal range but at my age that's to be expected. I know watching my diet and swimming on a daily basis had most to do with it being better but it shot-down the Scare tactic used by anti Kratom doctors and so-called researchers . For me anyway.
Edit: To be noted I've only taken the "powdered leaf natural kratom" in 11 years.
