Pairing an existing CableCARD on my account to a different Host ID
Hello! My previous Tivo Edge no longer functions, so I need to pair the existing CableCARD on my account to a different Host ID/Data. I tried calling the service line ending in 2298 but they were not able to help. I also tried online, cablecardactivation.xsp.comcast.net pulls up my account, and lists my CableCARD, but trying to pair results in an error. I've also sent a modmail here. Thank you for any help!
