Hi everyone,
I thought I was going to be OK and fix this on my own, but after countless hours of research, I need help from the Reddit community -_-
I bought a pre-built PC early 2021 from CyberPowerPC which came with AMD Ryzen 7 3700X/1TB SSD/16GB RAM/Radeon RX 5700 XT.

I made a few upgrades here and there over time (nothing fancy) such as monitors, RAM, mouse and keyboard, headset... Everything was working OK for a very long time and then I decided it was time to upgrade to a newer GPU as I had purchased a new monitor and really wanted to test it to its fullest.

I replaced my RX 5700 XT with a RX 7800 XT (Asus DUAL OC). At the same time as this upgrade also came a Windows 11 upgrade, and that's when all went down. I can't say what the root cause is, but I find my PC to be even slower than it was before, it's lagging when there is no activity. I am able to play most new(er) games but they sometimes crash randomly with no error message, just back to desktop. I also often find myself the last one that have the game loaded when I join a party online with friends...

Sometimes my PC would even lag / slow down drastically when performing simple tasks like browsing web, opening multiple folders after idle time, etc.

Anyway, I'm at the point where I would love to get some help to troubleshoot and fix this. Could this be a power supply issue? Should I upgrade my CPU? Is my current setup simply outdated and I should keep my GPU and get new parts? I am unsure what to do next, but I know I need help.

Any assistance troubleshooting this, or pointing me to the right direction would be much appreciated. Thank you!
