Not 100% sure it's "just ibs" anymore

My entire life has been...rough on my bowel tract, and my doctor just wrote it off as "must be IBS" but like, I've spent more than half my life on laxatives, and if I don't take them, it grinds to a halt or a...very lengthy and strenous process within DAYS. According to my mom I NEVER had a normal poop as a baby, only rabbit poops, and her, as a first time mom, just went "oh, that's conveinent, I don't have to worry about blowouts" and left it at that.

But before I went on laxatives (at 7) I'd throw up at least twice a year because I had so much poop in my intestines the only way to get rid of the food was to have it come back up the way it came.

now that i'm older, it's no longer just consipation, it's diahreah too. And man, is having diahreah around constipation an...intresting experience.

but I don't think this is just IBS and I don't' know what to do

I'm not even talking about her time in an orphanage. I'm talking about her time as a experiment. Seriously, if Anya's origin is anything like, for example, project MK Ultra? Oh god. The shit those scientists did...

So I'm demigirl (for those unaware, it's where your gender is part girl, part something else. For me it's part nonbinary). And I get gender dysphoria. Specifically around my chest.

I'm a C cup. Not large, I know. But I've been thin all my life, so when my chest came in...they came in sized for the wrong body. I'm already saving for a breast reduction so I can go down to a A or B

So I get anywhere from general discomfort to wrong bad wrong with my chest, especially around the bounce and size. I wear high-impact sports bras all the time. Have for a...year now?

But those bras have limitations.

I can't wear tank tops (the straps show, and if I don't wear a bra I can't deal with the size), I can't wear certain dresses. God help me when it comes time for Fancy Dress Day (aka prom). Swimming is...annoying (why can't I find supportive swimware). I also wear my bras so much they're...starting to strech out. I also sweat a lot in the summer because of how thick the fabric is.

and so recently, I've been looking into tape. I don't need to be fully flat, I just need to Lessen the Chest, especially because I've been having a kind of dysphoric week.

But I can not, and I mean CAN NOT, find tape guides for people that need both minimization and support.

So, I'm reaching out to the various ftm peeps out there. You guys have the most experience with binding, and I need help
