Roll back efficiencies

I would argue that the ability to successfully telework is because of new technologies that allows people to work remote; i.e. MS Teams messaging, shared document storage, remote meetings, etc. We have come a long way with both the technology and the State implementing these types of efficiencies. Remember back pre-COVID how much time was spent traveling to other locations for meetings/presentations, sitting on conference calls and trying to visualize what people were talking about, printing hard copies of presentations and managing versions of documents that weren't easily accessible to others.

It isn't unusual for there to be pushback for new technology - I remember standing strong that voicemail would never catch on and there were definitely people who thought email would never be what it is today.

I say that if we need to be "in person' to be effective, then we go back to the pre-COVID ways of doing things. Spend more time in meetings, more time traveling, take more time to produce products that require input from multiple parties. No more Zoom or MS Teams - get up from your desk and track down the person you need to answer a question.

Looks like shares and follows are back to not being visible on the News page, when "All" is chosen. (this happened a while ago and then reverted back). I prefer it this way, I don't need to see shares and follow and now it's easier to see likes and offers. Maybe it will stick this time?

There was a banner in the app this morning for "This quarter's Posh Preview..." If you click on the banner there is a link to "share feedback" at the bottom.
