Hi, I’m using Fitbod. It’s connected to both Apple health and Strava. I use my Apple Watch throughout training. Why doesn’t HR show on Strava?

How can I shorten the time Apple Watch asks me to record workout, particularly walking, so it asks shortly after I start walking? Thx
